Finncon 2018 table and ad sales have been opened. Reservations for sales tables and ads in the program book can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The size of the sales tables is 140 cm x 60 cm, and the prices are as follows:
- Companies and other commercial actors 120 € / table
- Fandom/Hobby groups and other non profit associations 30 € / table
- Artists’ Alley 30 € / table or 15 € / half a table
In addition we’re selling square footage to companies and commercial actors:
- 150 € / 150 cm x 150 cm (including a table if required) or 66,6 € / m2
You may bring as many tables, shelves and racks as you wish for your area, as long as all structures and items remain within your area. The structures must be safe, they may not exceed over three meters in height and they may not be covered. For instance, a roofed tent is not permitted.
If you need electricity at your sales point, let us know about it when making your reservation. There is no extra charge due to electricity, but we will take electricity requirements into account when building the con space to ensure that all who need electricity will have enough outlets available.
There is no deadline for making reservations, but the space available for sales is limited, so it is recommended to make yours as soon as possible.
This year, we have received a lot of inquiries about Artists’ Alley tables from semi-professional sellers. We do understand the lower price attracts small entrepreneurs, but we emphasize that they are only intended for fans selling prints of their own work and similar artists.
Ads in the program book
Prices for black and white ads in the program book are as follows:
- 1/1 page (15 x 22 cm) 100 €
- 1/2 page (15 x 10,5 cm) 60 €
- 1/4 page (7,5 x 11 cm) 30 €
Please make your reservation as soon as possible. The deadline for the actual ads is May 15th, and they should be delivered to email@example.com. Resolution 300 dpi.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Name of the company or association
- Contact person
- Invoicing address (the invoice will be sent via email)
- If you’d like to have a table / square footage / an ad
- If you have any requests relating to the location of your table/space
- Any other information you consider good for us to know about your sales space

Please keep in mind that the con is being created by volunteers and sometimes there can be a delay in answering emails. If you need a quick answer to something, please write URGENT in the title field of the message, so we know to respond immediately.
